This policy explains how the site operator handles information when you use pibture. For privacy questions or requests, email contact@pibture.com.

Your compositions stay in your browser

Scene titles, subject descriptions, positions, distances, and artistic direction are processed on your device. The application does not upload scenes to us, run AI inference, or store compositions in a server database. There are no user accounts.

Browser storage and your choices

The editor uses localStorage under the key semantic-scene-v1 to remember your working scene. This data remains in that browser until replaced, cleared by you, or removed by your browser. It is not synchronized between devices. Browser storage can be unavailable or lost; download a Scene JSON file if you need a backup.

Use “Clear saved scene” in the editor to remove this site's saved composition and start an empty working scene. You can also clear this site's data in your browser settings. Other people with access to your browser profile may be able to view the saved scene.

Files and clipboard

Imported JSON files are read locally. Downloaded files contain the descriptions and layout you entered and remain wherever you save them. Copy Prompt writes the exported text to your clipboard only when requested. We cannot delete copies you have downloaded, copied, or sent elsewhere.

Hosting and technical requests

The public site is designed to be hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Serving and protecting the site can involve technical information such as IP address, requested URL, browser information, request time, and security signals. Cloudflare processes information as described in its Privacy Policy. Technical-data retention and processing locations depend on the hosting services and settings in use. Your scene text is not included in normal page requests by this application.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

This release does not include analytics, advertising tags, tracking pixels, or application-set cookies. Local storage is used for the working scene and a privacy opt-out preference, not advertising profiles. A reserved advertisement area is a placeholder and makes no advertising requests. Hosting security features may use their own mechanisms as described by the hosting provider.

If advertising or analytics are introduced, this policy will be updated and applicable choices and consent controls will be provided before those services are enabled. We do not sell scene content or use it for advertising.

US privacy choices and Global Privacy Control

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or use it for targeted advertising in this release. You can record an opt-out on the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page. We detect browser-exposed Global Privacy Control and record it as an opt-out where storage is available. The preference is stored under pibture-privacy-v1 until site data is cleared; clearing a scene does not erase it. It applies to this browser and origin and is not transmitted to an ad vendor.

Depending on your location and applicable law, rights may include access, correction, deletion, portability, opting out of sale/sharing or targeted advertising, and appealing a denied request. Contact the operator to exercise those rights or submit an appeal. Authorized agents can contact us on your behalf; we may request appropriate authorization for requests other than the browser opt-out. Using the privacy control does not change your access to this free tool.

When you contact us

If you email us, the operator and the email provider receive your email address, message, and any attachments. These are used to respond to your request and handle support, security, or privacy matters. Messages remain in the operator's mailbox until deleted or retained as needed to resolve the request or meet applicable obligations. Please avoid sending sensitive information or confidential scene files.

External image tools

When you paste a prompt into another service, that service's terms and privacy policy apply. pibture does not control how those services process your content or their generated results.

Access, deletion, and other requests

We cannot retrieve your browser-only scene data. You can export or delete that data yourself using the editor and browser controls. For information you have sent by email, contact contact@pibture.com to request access, correction, or deletion. Applicable privacy rights depend on your location; requests will be handled according to applicable law. The site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly request their personal information.

Policy updates

Changes will appear on this page with an updated date. Review this policy when using newly introduced features.
